Salary: MPS/UPS (based on experience) + London Fringe + SEN 1 Allowance

We are looking for a Deputy SENCo to join our vibrant and inclusive school community, working closely with our experienced Inclusion Vice Principal to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a current class teacher seeking extra responsibility and leadership experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting students to reach their full potential, while continuing to develop your own skills and expertise in SEND leadership.
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds QTS and has classroom teaching experience

Either holds, or is willing to work towards, NASENCo or NPQ SEN qualifications
*
Is passionate about inclusion and empowering students with SEND to thrive
