Job Description
Deputy T&I Package Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany
Responsibilities:
Support the T&I Manager in leading all phases of offshore transport and installation activities.
Coordinate interfaces between internal packages (foundations, cables, WTG, OSS, etc.).
Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Participate in technical and commercial reviews, risk assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and input for management and stakeholders.
Deputize for the T&I Manager during absence
Requirements
Delivered at least three offshore wind or major marine projects, including one as (Deputy-)Package Manager.
Proven leadership and coordination skills in complex, multi-contract environments.
Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Available in Hamburg at least 3 days per weekBefore You Apply
