As a Deputy Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) , you will:
Provide senior nursing leadership in support of the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager.
Demonstrate clinical and leadership expertise to support the nursing team.
Adapt to changes and evolving service needs.
Deputise in the absence of the ward manager.
Serve as a role model, embodying core values and setting clear expectations.
