The Deputy Ward Manager - Nights will: Oversee the safe operation of all units during night shifts. Ensure patient needs are assessed and care programmes are developed and delivered according to policy. Assist Charge Nurses in evaluating the care provided by night nursing staff. Maintain high standards of care at night, leading by example. Guide and develop night nursing staff, providing feedback and training.
