We are looking for a Design and Technology Teacher to work within a respected secondary school based in Swindon.

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Design and Technology Teacher to join a well-established school in Swindon. The post is full-time from September, teaching across KS3 and KS4. The ideal candidate will have a specialism in Resistant Materials, Engineering, or Product Design, and a passion for delivering practical and engaging lessons.
The department is supported by experienced DT technicians and is equipped with modern tools, 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machinery. There is strong investment in practical learning, and the school promotes regular competitions and STEM initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications
• DT Teacher with QTS and a relevant DT subject background
• Strong understanding of health and safety within a workshop environment
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
• Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular clubs and school projects
• Right to work in the UK
