Job Description
We are looking for a Design and Technology Teacher to work within a leading secondary school based in Reading.
DT Teacher required from September on a full-time, permanent basis

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design and Technology Teacher to join an established department with a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and hands-on learning. You will be delivering DT across KS3 and KS4, with the option to lead projects in Product Design, Textiles, Engineering, or Resistant Materials based on your expertise.
You will benefit from modern workshops, 3D printers, CNC equipment, and CAD/CAM resources. There is excellent support from specialist DT technicians and a collaborative departmental ethos.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified DT Teacher (QTS) with a relevant DT specialism
• Excellent subject knowledge and practical skills
• Ability to inspire creativity and technical understanding in students
• Commitment to extra-curricular and project-based learning
• Right to work in the UK
