Design Technology Teacher -Textiles Specialism

Our client in Tower Hamlets is looking for a well-qualified and experienced Design and Technology teacher with textiles as a specialism. The school has state -of-the-art facilities and is committed to delivering creativity and innovation in teaching. The department promotes individual and creative teaching and has a supportive team.
The role is to deliver design and technology lessons with textiles as a specialism to KS3-KS5 at high standard. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a years’ experience teaching in the UK. You will enable students to explore creative ideas within the textile’s lessons.
Suitable Candidate:
* A qualified Design and Technology Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or specialism in Textiles
* A minimum of a year’s experience teaching Textiles in the UK
* Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high standards
* A passion for nurturing creative minds
* The ability to deliver engaging lessons to KS3-5
