Design Coordinator - Facade/Cladding

The Company

My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor, who also operate as a principle contractor on recladding works.

Turnover in excess of £40m

HQ based in Essex, with projects in London and the home counties.

The Role - Design Coordinator (Facade)

My client are looking for a proactive, committed Design Coordinator, to join the design team.

As part of the close-knit team, you will be responsible for:

  * Design & document coordination between clients and external design houses

  * Tracking design progress, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met

  * Co-ordination of fabrication schedules with the buying department

  * Attending Design meetings as required on a project by project basis

  * Downloading, upload and monitor all online systems such as 4Projects, Aconex, ASite and similar

  * Producing monthly reports with updates on progress against each project
