The Company
My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor, who also act as Principle Contractor on cladding projects.
HQ based near Potters Bar, with projects in London.
The Role - Design Coordinator / Technical Coordinator / Design Manager
🔎 My client are currently seeking a talented and driven Design Coordinator or Design Manager to join their growing team, specialising in façade projects (cladding) across a portfolio of live projects.
🏢 This role will require someone in the office for x4 days a week, with one day working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate design activities across multiple remediation projects.
* Collaborate closely with Project Directors and manage input across 8-10 live projects.
* Ensure compliance with the latest Building Safety Act and façade regulations.
* Liaise with clients, external design houses, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is delivered effectively.
🏙️ *Proven experience in design coordination or design management, within the façade industry is essential*
