Job Description

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Design Draughtsperson to join a dynamic engineering team delivering offshore and energy engineering projects. You’ll work on technically challenging designs, producing high-quality 2D and 3D models that support critical projects within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Produce, review, and check 2D/3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor

  * 

    Support Project Engineers and Project Managers to ensure deliverables meet project requirements

  * 

    Contribute to design reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and project documentation

  * 

    Ensure all work complies with technical standards, specifications, and ISO 9001 procedures

Skills & Experience:

  * 

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in design/draughting roles

  * 

    Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor

  * 

    HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline

  * 

    Experience in offshore, heavy, or energy-related engineering is highly advantageous

  * 

    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team

  * 

    Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to project needs
