Location: Gillingham, Kent
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Highly competitive
Hours: Mon – Thurs 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–13:00 (37 hours/week)

The role
You’ll lead the design and development of our clients components, especially high-pressure pumps, while supporting manufacturing and aftermarket functions. You’ll create 3D models, interpret test data, review drawings, and deliver innovative solutions across product lifecycles.
What you'll need
* A degree (or equivalent) in engineering
* 5–10 years’ design experience
* SolidWorks proficiency
* Knowledge of DFMEA, GD&T and design analysis tools
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
