What You Will Do:
Design components and systems for advanced vehicle platforms, ensuring they meet global standards and regulations.
Transform design concepts into prototypes, followed by validation and preparation for mass production.
Collaborate with suppliers to manage prototype manufacturing and ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support project development.
Actively participate in hands-on workshop activities, bringing designs to life and solving practical engineering challenges.
Ensure all projects meet cost, timing, and quality objectives while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in 3D CAD design and familiarity with PLM systems.
A background in off-highway, agricultural vehicle design or vehicle design, with expertise in areas such as operator enclosures, hydraulic systems, cooling systems or electrification.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders worldwide.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for turning innovative ideas into reality.
