Design Engineer (Autodesk Inventor )
KAP are working with a leading UK manufacturing company renowned for producing high-quality displays and fixtures for premium brands across the retail and hospitality sectors. With a fully integrated service offering — from design through to manufacture and installation — our client delivers complete end-to-end solutions under one roof.
Due to continued success and a strong start to the year, they are expanding their Design Office and seeking a talented Design Engineer to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on design and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create production-ready designs that maintain the original design intent
* Produce full manufacturing drawing packs using Autodesk Inventor
* Support and manage projects throughout the full manufacturing process
* Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
About You:
* Proficient in Autodesk Inventor (or SolidWorks)
* Experience in retail design and/or joinery is essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Capable of managing your own projects and meeting tight deadlinesBefore You Apply
