Design Engineer (Telecoms) Remote Working Available - Occasional Office Visits to Stratford-upon-Avon £40,000 - £50,000 + Progression Opportunities + Flexible Hours + Remote First Working + Private Healthcare Are you a Telecoms Design Engineer looking to join a growing, forward-thinking infrastructure company where you'll work directly under an experienced Head of Design and be a key part of building something from the ground up? As part of this, they are hiring a Design Engineer to join their newly formed team and play a vital role in delivering technical design work across fibre and telecoms networks. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Design to produce accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD. You'll also support the development of CAD libraries, templates, and internal drawing standards - gaining exposure to both the technical and structural sides of the design function. The ideal candidate will have experience working within telecoms, fibre, wireless, or civil infrastructure design. You'll need to be confident with design software and keen to grow alongside a business that values development, quality, and collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Design Engineer to be part of a high-potential team, with future career progression on offer as the design department expands.
