Design Manager – Audio Systems
Crawley Area (Hybrid)
£60,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical, electrical, acoustic).
* Oversee development of next-generation transducer and audio systems.
* Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Manufacturing to turn ideas into reality.
* Drive team performance, growth, and technical excellence.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing engineering teams in audio, acoustics, or related sectors (e.g. automotive speakers).
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Mechanical or electrical engineering background (transducer knowledge a plus).
* Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
