Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage design consultants, sub-consultants, and design subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all design-related information for construction.
Support and mentor Design Coordinators on assigned projects.
Ensure compatibility between Employer's Requirements and Contractor's Proposals.
Oversee design activities during the construction phase.
Chair and minute design meetings, ensuring information production aligns with programme needs.Experience:
Strong understanding of various client procurement routes.
Experience at pre-construction stage.
Solid grasp of design and build (D&B) contracts.
Commercial awareness and understanding of cost drivers.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects) desirable.Qualifications:
Degree in a construction-related discipline.
Minimum six years' experience within the construction industry.
