Up to £110,000 Basic Plus Benefits Listed
Market leader within Healthcare Projects be that Construction Services or full turnkey D&B of Hospitals.
Based from the UK you can be based from the Head Office - Uxbridge - West London . Alternatively remote working is supported by the group so you will be empowered as an adult to manage your time.

50 + Years successful trading with over 370 Projects delivered across the World from Private & Public Hospitals.
This groups niche and excellence across Healthcare is clear from past projects, negotiated opportunities, embedded networks across Government Departments & their Knowledge.
I cannot think of many Project Management & Design & Full Turnkey Main Contractors with such capability. Group are extremely client focused and take a consultative approach guiding the client through the full process. They plan the long game, be that Project Financing, Master Planning & Feasibility, Program, Guidance and Full Construction Services.
Advising upon the latest Medical equipment, design to help patient flow and all the expertise to compliment a client throughout all phases of the construction process.

* Strong links into UK Export finance & specialist Healthcare Consultancies
Responsibilities
* Add value through out the life cycle of business from BD/ Bid Submission, Detailed Design, Proposals through to handing over an Operational Hospital.
* Take control of 1-3 Projects at any one stage reporting into the Chief Operating Officer alongside the Construction Director
* Promote a can do and collaborative relationship with clients, staff & the supply chain
* Ensure the highest levels of Design, Engineering & Technology is promoted and provided throughout the group
* Understanding the importance of face to face time with clients to get contracts over the line when needed – This could range from frequent to infrequent travel
Following is critical
* Based in UK and access to Major International Airports for Long & Short Haul Flights (Heathrow, Birmingham or Manchester)
* Able to add value through the full life cycle of work from bidding, execution on site to final account
* Clear hospital & healthcare project experience (More than 3)Reputable Buildings Main Contractors handling Design Management
* Bachelor’s Degree – Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
* 10 Years Post Graduate experience
* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management
* You understand the importance of team work and collaborating for win wins for all parties
* Ideally seeking candidates that can start before the 8th of September due to the urgency of this hire
