Job Description
I am working alongside a Multi-Regional Contractor who have recently secured a £50m BTR scheme in the centre of Bristol. They are keen to add a talented Technical Coordinator/Design Manager to help support the project with a view to following on and running your own project afterwards.
Key deliverables:
Overseeing the design process for all regional projects.
Offering design assistance to the Project Management and Estimation teams.
Facilitating design team meetings and workshops.
Ensuring Technical Queries and RFIs are accurately and promptly addressed for the supply chain involved in all relevant projects.
Ensuring that all planning-related considerations are addressed and a clear plan for obtaining necessary approvals is established before tender submission, highlighting any associated risks or costs.
