Design Manager (Permanent) – Major Cut & Carve Project – Moorgate, London 🔎 📍 Location: Moorgate, Central London 📅 Start Date: ASAP / Immediate 💼 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 🏗 Sector: Main Contractor – High-Profile Cut & Carve Project We are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager for a permanent opportunity on a prestigious cut and carve commercial project in Moorgate, Central London. This is a site-based role with a highly respected main contractor, delivering a technically complex redevelopment in one of London’s most sought-after areas. 🔧 The Project A landmark cut and carve scheme involving extensive structural alterations to an existing commercial building. The scope includes significant demolition, complex temporary works, façade retention, CAT A/B fit-out, and full MEP integration.
