Design Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects
Location: Project Based On M4 Corridor (Reading, Wokingham, Slough) + 1-2 days/week in Kent office if Required
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 DOA + Travel Allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension & Bonus
Key Highlights
Project Scope: Lead the design coordination across three major commercial/industrial schemes in Berkshire, with delivery scheduled through to 2027.
Site & Office Balance: Be based across active project sites, with the flexibility to work 1-2 days a week in the Kent head office if required.

As Design Manager, you'll take the lead in managing the design process across multiple live and pre-construction sites, working alongside internal project teams, external consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery. These are complex, fast-paced commercial and logistics projects requiring robust coordination, proactive issue resolution, and consistent client interface.
You'll play a key part in project success — from early design reviews through to technical submissions and on-site support — while contributing to a collaborative and quality-focused team environment.
