Job Description
We are working with a highly respected regional contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects valued up to £15M across social housing, care homes, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
With a healthy and growing pipeline of secured work, including brownfield flatted schemes for private and housing association clients as well as care homes, they are now seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their preconstruction team.
The company are privately owned and financially secure and offer a collaborative team culture with exceptionally high staff retention.
They are a trusted partner for many clients, built on long-standing relationships and consistent delivery, often securing repeat business & negotiated work.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Design Manager role, ideally with a focus on residential, care, or mixed-use developments.
* Background in either architecture or main contracting.
* Solid understanding of design & build processes and the ability to liaise effectively with external consultants and design teams.
* Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of driving design through preconstruction into deliveryBefore You Apply
