Design Manager – Industrial & Commercial Projects
M4 Corridor (Reading, Wokingham, Slough) + 1–2 days/week in Kent HQ (if required)
£75,000 – £95,000 DOE + Travel Allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension & Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing As Design Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the design and technical coordination of multiple live and pre-construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading design reviews and ensuring technical compliance.
Managing consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Overseeing technical submissions, approvals, and design outputs.
Acting as the key link between client, design, and delivery teams.
Proactively resolving design challenges to keep projects moving smoothly. You’ll play a critical role in delivering fast-paced, complex projects — ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction from concept to completion.

Proven experience as a Design Manager on commercial or industrial build projects.
