A main building contractor seek to appoint a Design Manager to their team based out of their office located in West London.
The company's projects are largely new build residential projects valued in the £5M - £15M range.
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate a history of working as a Design Manager or Co-ordinator on the contracting side undertaking the duties associated with the role, both pre construction and during the build process, planning, reviewing and amending design elements in liaison with colleagues and external bodies.
