Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring a clear understanding of design briefs and offering expert guidance on material choices, design options, and timelines.
* Project Coordination: Manage multiple complex projects at once, ensuring designs are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of designers and technical staff, helping to drive their professional development and performance.
* Quality Control: Ensure all designs and projects meet the company’s high-quality control standards, focusing on precision, attention to detail, and craftsmanship.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and advice throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to final installation.
* Innovation: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the stonework sector.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Design Management Experience: A proven background as a Design Manager or in a similar role within high-end stonework, architecture, or construction.
* Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of stone materials, fabrication processes, and architectural design principles.
* Project Management: Strong experience managing high-end, complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to schedule.
