Job Role Requirements:
* Teach Design Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and innovative lessons, ideally with a focus on Product Design
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement
* Work collaboratively with the wider DT department to support student progress

Qualifications and Person Specification:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Product Design, Engineering, DT)
* Proven experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Passion for developing creative, practical, and theoretical DT skills in students
