Designer / CAD Technician - Cladding - Liverpool
The Company
My client are a Specialist Façade Contractor, who also work as a Principle Contractor on remediation projects.
Projects typically range in value from £500K to £5M, with larger-scale exceeding £10M

Offices in Liverpool.
The Role - Designer (Cladding)
*Previous experience in cladding in essential*
My client are currently seeking a Designer to join their established team of three designers, their projects are all within Liverpool (very close to eachother)
Duties:
  * Produce cladding construction detail drawings
  * Prepare elevation, plan, fire barrier, and site investigation drawings
  * Panel and sub-grid setting-out drawings
  * Material take-offs and coordination with the Commercial team
  * Conduct site surveys, inspections, and photo records
Location:
Liverpool Site/Office attendance: Minimum three times per week
