Designer / CAD Technician (Facade/Cladding/Curtain Wall/Glazing)
The Company
My client are an established multi-disciplionary contractor, with an impressive portfolio.
Works include high-rise towers, schools, hospitals, and industrial builds.
HQ based near Dartford, Kent.
The Role - Designer (Facade, Cladding, Curtain Wall, Glazing)
My client are looking for an experienced Designer, to join them on their Facade projects.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing construction-ready drawings for façades, cladding and glazing.
* Work across RIBA Stages 3–5, with a focus on Stage 4+ technical detailing
* Ensure full compliance with Building Safety Regulator (BSR) standards
* Produce Elevation plans, Section details and layouts
Previous experience in Autocad, Revit or Solidworks is preferred.
