Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and hard-working Despatch Operative with FLT experience or a valid licence to join our vibrant packhouse team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a hands-on attitude, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely load and unload lorries
* Operate FLT to move stock efficiently within the packhouse
* Ensure stock is correctly located for storage or despatch
* Wrap pallets securely and maintain orderly workspaces
* Support stock control and follow health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
* Valid FLT licence or substantial forklift driving experience (essential)
* Physically capable and comfortable working on your feet
* Adaptable with a strong work ethic
* Team player with good communication skills

* £12.21 per hour, with a pay review after a successful 3-month probation
* Monday to Friday, 6:00am – finish (4:00pm); Alternate Saturdays, 6:00am – finish (12:00pm)
