Our expanding client base spanning retail and food service demands the very best in hand finished desserts and patisserie.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a creative passion, skill and innovative flair in patisserie in order to develop top quality products for our high-profile clients, under the guidance of the Lead Product Developer.
Main Duties will include:
* Creating bespoke recipes in line with the customer and Rhokett’s expectations whilst considering production capabilities.
* Recording and documenting recipes on our live formulation system.
* Keeping up to date with current trends, social media and food network.
* Be involved in regular benchmarking sessions.
* Participate in customer meetings and prepare presentations.
About you:
To be considered for this role you will have practical experience in patisserie from within a restaurant or hotel environment, the ability to work under pressure, multitask and ideally have NVQ level 3/4 in patisserie or equivalentBefore You Apply
