GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – UK/LONDON – INSURANCE/FINANCE SECTOR – CIRCA £100,000 SALARY + INCENTIVES

We are assisting a premium finance provider with a strong reputation and established presence in the UK insurance market. Working closely with brokers, networks, and insurers, we deliver finance solutions that support growth, enhance client relationships, and add real value across the insurance distribution chain.
As part of their strategic expansion, they are creating a new senior role for a Growth & Development Manager, someone with the credibility, trust, drive, and regulatory understanding to open new doors at the highest level.
This is a key position for the business, designed to lead their entry into new broker partnerships and strengthen their presence, primarily in the broking sector. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing relationships, breaking down barriers, and positioning the company as the premium finance partner of choice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading on the development of new broker relationships, identifying and converting partnership opportunities.
* Acting as the primary face of the business for high-level introductions and presentations at board level.
* Conducting full due diligence on potential partners to ensure fit, compliance, and long-term viability.
* Delivering compelling strategic presentations that position solutions as market leading.
* Navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring all engagement aligns with FCA standards.
* Working cross-functionally to ensure a seamless handover from origination to ongoing relationship management.
We are looking for a senior professional with a proven track record in the premium finance or wider financial services/insurance sector. You will be commercially astute, highly credible, and able to influence stakeholders at the very top of broker organisations.
* Significant experience in finance offerings (or closely related financial services) with strong market knowledge.
* Demonstrable success in breaking into new broker accounts and driving high-value partnerships.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the gravitas to engage at board and C-suite level.
* Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements in financial services.
* A proactive, strategic mindset with the resilience to overcome barriers and deliver results.
