I am currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a Team Leader to provide interim support to cover a vacancy in their team. About The Role This role will be assisting the Local Authority in making sure their busy team are well supervised and supported, with a large focus on keeping application numbers down and mentoring junior members of staff. This role will be flexible hybrid, with once a fortnight in the office desirable. About The Candidate The ideal candidate will be RTPI registered and have experience managing small teams with Local Authority. When The client is looking to interview and appoint someone as soon as possible.
