Astute's Nuclear Team is partnering with a Temporary and False works business with a commitment to professional development, innovation and sustainability, to recruit a Development Technician for their new office in Burton on Trent.
The strategically important Development Technician role comes with a salary of up to £45,000, a 10% Employer pension contribution and hybrid working.

Responsibilities and duties of the Development Technician role
Reporting to the Development and Quality you will:
Produce fabrication and manufacturing drawings
Create 3D models as and when is required
Produce test schemes
Test products and prototypes
Inspect new products
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
HNC or HND in Engineering
AutoCAD qualifications would be desirable
Personal skills
The Development Technician role would suit someone who is:

Able to work independently but also as part of a team
Able to work under time-based pressure
Keen to challenge and be challenged at work
Open to new ideas and ways of working

Up to £45,000 dependant on experience
