What this role offers:
Autonomy in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Responsibility for leading product trials and overseeing multiple projects to challenging deadlines.
Involvement in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product development activity.
Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Technical, and wider business teams.
Direct engagement with customers, including supporting visits and presentations.
Full ownership across the end-to-end product development process - from initial concept through to factory launch and beyond.
About you:
Experienced as a Development Technologist within food manufacturing.
Organised, adaptable, and confident managing several projects at once.
Skilled in critical path management and project delivery.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
Practical knowledge of manufacturing kit and processes, with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
