Building Surveyor -Diagnostics *Long term ongoing contract* "Office based / site based role* *£43 per hour umbrella* The role: Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with expertise around Damp and Mould? A role is available for a Local Council based in North London: We are looking for: The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action. A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential). Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload. Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates. A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation.
