Digital Business Analyst

Collaborate with colleagues across Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, and other teams to implement new or improved capabilities that enhance services for both internal and external customers.
Gain a deep understanding of the scope and functionality of the platforms and systems you'll be working with.
Plan and run requirements gathering workshops.
Define and manage business requirements to a high standard, supporting platform and system changes in line with development methods and processes.
Collect and present stakeholder feedback clearly and consistently.
Document identified changes and communicate findings to relevant teams.
Work with partners and third-party vendors to align activities.
Secure necessary approvals for business requirements specifications.
Provide regular progress updates to colleagues and management.
Support creation of user stories and participate in Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Must have:
Experience on large enterprise-level IT or Digital projects.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Experience collaborating with partners and third-party vendors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Team-oriented and process-focused.
Self-motivated, results-driven, with a commitment to quality.
Ability to build relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and independently on multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Understanding of software or web design and development.
Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Customer-focused with a passion for digital.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Nice to have:
Experience collaborating directly with designers and developers.
Experience working on UX projects.
Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, etc.
Knowledge of web analytics systems like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
