What will you be doing?
* Creating and deploying email and SMS campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Building responsive HTML email templates and running A/B testing to optimise results.
* Managing data segmentation and personalisation to ensure campaigns are targeted and effective.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to brief, coordinate, and sign off campaign activity.
* Tracking campaign performance and using insights to make continuous improvements.
* Supporting broader marketing initiatives, including print and digital collateral updates.
Must Haves
* 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution.
* Hands-on experience with an ESP (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.).
* Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Helpful Extras
* Experience delivering both B2B and B2C campaigns.
* Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms.
* Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
* Awareness of GDPR and data protection compliance in marketing.
* Exposure to using AI tools for optimisation or predictive targeting.
