Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Content Editor to shape and elevate Exponus’s digital voice. This role is ideal for a creative content strategist and skilled editor with a passion for global education, cultural engagement, and impactful storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
* Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with organizational goals.
* Create high-quality digital content: website copy, blogs, brochures, presentations.
* Focus on topics such as student integration, visa tips, and academic planning.
* Editing & Publishing
* Edit all content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance.
* Oversee the publishing process across websites and social platforms.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Liaise with academic, wellness, housing, and career teams.
* Translate expert interviews (e.g. with Gueva Menaura) into engaging content.
* Brand & Quality Assurance
* Maintain a consistent, professional, and empathetic brand voice.
* Ensure editorial and visual excellence across all content.
* Project Management
* Manage multiple content workflows with strong adherence to deadlines.
* Marketing & SEO
* Contribute to SEO-driven strategies and campaigns.
* Support marketing initiatives, especially targeting Middle East audiences.
* Analytics & Optimization
* Track content performance and implement improvements based on insights.
* Qualifications & Experience
Required:
* Native-level English writing and editorial skills.
* Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment.
* Experience in digital publishing, content marketing, or brand communications.
* Ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences (students, parents, partners).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Preferred:
Educational background in communications, journalism, publishing, or related fields.
Understanding of global education systems, cultural integration, and visa processes.
