Poolhall Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a dynamic PR and marketing agency seeking a Digital Content Lead to elevate their digital presence and campaign impact.
We're looking for a strategic thinker with strong writing skills and a passion for digital PR, SEO, and content marketing. You'll work closely with a talented PR team to develop integrated content strategies, drive online engagement, and secure high-authority digital placements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute content strategies across PR, SEO, social, and outreach
* Create high-performing blogs, thought leadership, press releases, and multimedia content
* Lead digital PR efforts, building backlinks and securing coverage on authoritative platforms
* Use analytics to monitor performance and refine content strategies
* Collaborate on client campaigns, reporting, and digital growth opportunities
* Support and mentor junior team members on digital best practices
Requirements:
* Proven track record in link-building and content outreach
* Strong writing skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
* Solid understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta)
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
* Knowledge of influencer outreach tools
