Salary: £49,638 – £52,674 p.a.
Hours: Full-time (4 days in-office, 1 day from home)
Overview:
Southwark’s largest resident-managed housing organisation, managing 1,600 homes across Borough and Bermondsey. We are seeking a Digital, Data & Technology Manager to support the Executive Team with the development and delivery of IT, data, and digital strategies. This role will be key in ensuring operational delivery, enabling excellent customer service, and driving forward innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT and data strategy development aligned with business priorities
Oversee IT governance, data quality and digital innovation
Manage supplier relationships and IT contractors, ensuring value for money
Oversee IT systems including hardware, software, telephony, and networks
Provide assurance reporting, budget management and cost-benefit analysis
Promote customer service excellence within IT function
Research and recommend new technology solutions
Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
Officer-level IT and project management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic planning and analytical skills with focus on customer service
Knowledge of IT software, hardware, compliance, and governance
Experience delivering data management frameworks
Degree level or relevant IT qualification (or equivalent experience)
Desirable:
Experience in social housing/resident-led organisations
Experience supporting digital strategies and managing third-party contracts
Financial business planning knowledge
