As a Digital Logistics Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge digital and data systems that keep this megaproject moving.  Your duties and responsibilities will be:
Coordinate logistics data and digital delivery projects, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
Identify and resolve digital discrepancies, integrating lessons learned into future operations.
Collaborate with logistics, data, and digital teams to improve service delivery and reduce errors.
Manage improvement activities across multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
Support ongoing development of systems to ensure compliance with Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR).
 You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Proven experience in a logistics data or digital systems environment.
Understanding of operating within controlled or high-security digital frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
 It’s great if you also have the following
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Logistics, Digital Systems, or Engineering.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Stock Control Systems.
Background in construction, engineering, or logistics within a regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, petrochemical, pharmaceutical).
Experience managing or supporting digital delivery projects in a large organisation.
