Digital Marketing Executive - Luxury Travel Brand (Urgent Hire)
📍 Mortlake, London (3-4 days office based)

We're working with a luxury travel brand that creates once-in-a-lifetime adventures - from African safaris to remote island escapes. They don't sell holidays; they design unforgettable experiences that combine expertise, passion, and sustainability.
Now, they're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing London team - a hands-on, data-driven role for someone eager to develop their skills and make a real impact.
💻 The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced position covering everything from PPC and SEO to website management, social media, CRM, and analytics. You'll be part of a close-knit marketing team that values creativity, collaboration, and curiosity.
One day you'll be building Google Ads campaigns, the next you'll be adding new destinations to the website, creating engaging content for social, or setting up automations in Mailchimp or Zapier.
You'll gain exposure to every part of the digital marketing mix, working directly with senior marketers and seeing your work make an immediate difference.
✈️ What You'll Do
✅ Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Performance Max
✅ Write engaging ad copy and manage bid strategies and retargeting campaigns
✅ Update and maintain the company website - adding new trips, hotels, and features
✅ Implement SEO best practices (meta titles, keyword usage, technical updates)
✅ Manage organic and paid social media across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
✅ Use GA4 and reporting tools to analyse performance and track leads
✅ Support CRM and automation integrations (Pipedrive, Zapier, Mailchimp)
✅ Help launch new destinations with creative content and digital campaigns
✅ Monitor competitors and digital trends to identify new opportunities

You're digitally minded, curious, and hands-on - someone who's happiest when testing, learning, and improving. You love travel and are excited by the idea of helping others discover incredible destinations.
You'll bring:
💡 Experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns
💡 A strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
💡 Confidence using Google Ads, GA4, and basic CRM tools
💡 Excellent written English and strong organisational skills
