£26,000 - £29,000 (dependent on experience)
37.75 hours per week including flexitime with 20% remote working
Working Monday to Friday
Commutable from Malton, York, Sherburn-in-Elmet, Tadcaster, Selby, Pocklington, North Yorkshire
The Role
Are you a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing professional looking to take your skills to the next level? Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing Marketing team in York, North Yorkshire and play a key role in shaping and delivering digital strategies. You’ll be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role requires independence, creativity, and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality digital marketing initiatives that make an impact
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update websites using CMS platforms (Webflow, Odoo) and monitor performance via GA4, Google Ads, GSC, Semrush, and Looker Studio.
Support SEO and PPC activities, including Google Ads optimisation and analytics.
Create engaging content and graphic assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Manage social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance brand presence.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, measuring performance and ROI.
Assist with online marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon, B&Q) and sponsored item management.
Support event and trade fair planning, including literature and stand design.
Conduct data mining and segmentation for targeted email marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing via Mailchimp and influence design and messaging.
Act as a link between Marketing and IT and provide support across the business.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with large data sets.
Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, Odoo, WordPress).
Social media management experience (LinkedIn essential).
Email marketing software (Mailchimp or similar).
Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
B2B marketing experience.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Semrush).
PPC experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
E-commerce site management.
Strong grammar and style guide knowledge.
