DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - HIGH PROFILE EVENTS 💥 💥
Talent Idol are delighted to share a rare and newly created Digital Marketing Executive opportunity within a successful event organiser.
Our client is well known for delivering several high-profile gatherings including a record breaking flagship festival that's been paving the way for over 50 years' and draws in crowds of 120,000+ set in a prestigious location across 500 acres of beautiful countryside.
You can expect a dynamic, fun and warm culture complimenting their ambitious and realistic growth plans which are well underway!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise event websites, ensuring performance, UX, SEO and brand consistency.
- Oversee analytics and reporting using GA4, GTM and dashboards to track KPIs and ROI.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM and remarketing campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Support organic and paid social media delivery and influencer activity.
- Drive data capture, CRM integration, segmentation and automated email campaigns.
- Manage digital partners, timelines and report performance insights internally.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years in digital marketing or web management.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Understanding of UX, CRO, SEO and paid media channels.
Desirable
- Experience with A/B testing, e-commerce/ticketing, event marketing and email automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and personalisation platforms.
