JS Recruitment are working with a dynamic UK and international business to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role within a growing ecommerce team, where you’ll help drive digital performance across SEO, CRO, and ecommerce content.

The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll work alongside the Ecommerce Manager to enhance the online customer experience, boost conversion rates, and grow organic traffic. You’ll be involved in ecommerce content management, executing SEO strategies, and supporting CRO testing – all while working in a fast-paced, commercially focused team.
This position is ideal for a proactive digital marketer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for performance.
Key Responsibilities
*
Create and manage content for ecommerce websites, email campaigns, and social media.
*
Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page optimisation.
*
Execute CRO experiments and assist in analysing test results to improve conversion rates.
*
Maintain and update ecommerce product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
*
Coordinate digital content calendars and campaign delivery around new product launches.
*
Track and analyse digital KPIs using GA4, ecommerce platforms, and SEO tools.
*
Conduct customer and competitor research to inform marketing and ecommerce strategy.
About You
*
2+ years' experience in digital marketing or ecommerce roles.
*
Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, content strategy, and ecommerce best practices.
*
Proficient with CMS platforms, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and keyword tools.
*
Highly organised, detail-driven, and results-oriented.
*
Creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.
*
Desirable: Experience with BigCommerce, Canva, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite.
