Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketer with a passion for content, branding, and e-commerce? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the garden and leisure industry, looking to grow their online presence and expand their digital footprint - including their popular pet product brand.

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and implement engaging digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Write and distribute marketing emails and customer newsletters
Plan and launch promotions and events to drive customer acquisition
Optimise the company's website to boost traffic and conversions
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
Conduct regular audits of social and website performance
Maintain and monitor e-commerce listings
Analyse marketing data to measure success and make data-driven decisions
What We're Looking For:
Strong writing and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking
Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices
Experience in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and A/B testing
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and ad servers
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
Requirements:
2 years' experience in digital marketing (preferred)
2 years' general marketing experience (preferred)
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
