Job Description
My well established client based in Wolverhampton are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the company due to growth and expansion. This is to elevate their online presence through strategic campaigns and impactful visuals.
Duties:-
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that promote the company’s services, brand, and projects.
* A key aspect of this role involves photography and visual storytelling—capturing high-quality images of projects, locations and, and teams to showcase their expertise and professionalism across digital platforms
* Capture professional images of ongoing and completed projects, staff, equipment & events
* Edit and prepare photographs for use across digital and print platforms
* Plan, create & execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
* Manage company presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc..
* Produce engaging graphics, short videos and case studies
* Ensure all digital content aligns with company's brand, identity and tone
* Write clear, professional copy for posts, newsletters and promotional materials.
* Track & analyse digital performance using tools such as google analytics, SEO platforms and social media insights
* Report on KPI's and suggest data-driven improvements to campaigns
Key Skills:-
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within construction, engineering, or B2B industries.
* Strong photography skills with a solid portfolio (experience in industrial or commercial photography is a plus).
* Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
* Knowledge of digital platforms and tools (SEO, Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools).
* Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and on-site at project locations.
* If you hold any marketing qualifications this would be advantageous.
* Must be a driver and have your own transport to travel to various locations across the West Midlands
