I’m working with a beautiful hotel & spa that’s looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their online presence and drive brand growth across all digital channels.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands hospitality storytelling, loves data as much as creativity, and knows how to turn digital strategy into bookings.

The role:
You’ll lead the hotel’s digital marketing activity, ensuring the brand is consistent, compelling, and commercially effective.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and evolving the digital marketing strategy
• Social media management and content planning
• Paid digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, display)
• Website optimisation and SEO
• Email marketing and CRM
• Tracking performance, reporting, and ROI
• Working closely with revenue, sales, and on-property teams

About you:
• Proven digital marketing experience (hospitality experience is a big plus)
• Strong understanding of social, paid media, and performance marketing
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
• Confident managing agencies or suppliers
