Job Description
We’re working exclusively with the UK’s leading provider of AI-powered Digital Experience Platforms for the Healthcare and Social Housing sectors. This is a profitable, employee-owned, and purpose-driven software company that’s been innovating for over 20 years, helping more than 100 organisations improve how they engage with customers and employees.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint a Digital Campaigns Manager — someone hands-on and commercially minded, who’s ready to take full ownership of marketing. This role reports directly into the Founder and offers a clear progression path into Head of Marketing, with the potential for broader strategic leadership in future.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and improving inbound digital funnels to deliver quality leads for the sales team
* Running outbound campaigns including email, webinars and events, working closely with sales
* Analysing and reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates and campaign performance
* Maintaining and enhancing the company’s website and social media presence to support engagement and SEO
* Using HubSpot, Salesforce and Linked-In to manage, track and optimise marketing activity
What they’re looking for:
* Proven experience in marketing for a software or SaaS company (agency or in-house)
* Strong track record of running digital campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue
* Advanced HubSpot knowledge; confident using Salesforce and Linked-In for campaign execution
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills, particularly for blog and lead-generation content
* A proactive, positive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate closely with commercial teams
What’s on offer:
* Salary of £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the Woking office)
