Key Responsibilities of the Digital Print Operator:

Operating and monitoring wide-format digital print equipment (including HP printers, laminators & plotting machines)
Setting up print jobs with precision materials, calibration, and settings dialled in perfectly
Keeping production flowing by collaborating with the team to hit deadlines
Carrying out quality checks to ensure every print meets our high standards
Troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
Performing routine maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance
Maintaining accurate records of jobs, materials, and consumables
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with production-level digital print machines (HP experience highly desirable)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your output
A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality
Confidence working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Problem-solving mindset with strong technical awareness
Experience with Litho B1/B2 printer will be considered
