Our client is a growing dental solutions provider, supporting practices across the UK with small equipment and handpieces through to cutting-edge digital dental technologies. As they expand their digital offering, they are looking for a driven sales specialist to lead growth in intraoral scanners, chairside 3D printing, and the wider digital workflow market.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist with strong experience in digital workflows to drive adoption of intraoral scanners, chairside 3D printing, and connected solutions. You will manage a large territory (South UK), covering inbound leads as well as generating new business through proactive outreach and networking.
This is a hands-on commercial role that blends sales, product demonstrations, clinical conversations, and workflow consultancy. The role requires someone able to position and sell the full digital workflow, not just individual products.
Progression Opportunity
Following successful track record there is the opportunity to progress to Sales Manager for the South and play a key role in recruiting, training and expanding further sales reps across the South.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital workflows, guiding practices at different stages of adoption.
- Convert sales opportunities for intraoral scanners, 3D printing solutions, and the wider digital workflow.
- Manage and grow inbound leads, while proactively developing new business.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, installations, and clinical conversations with dentists and practice teams.
- Leverage an existing network of dental contacts to accelerate adoption.
- Hit the ground running with clear sales targets and accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive outbound campaigns and increase lead generation.
- Attending industry exhibitions and conferences, representing the company effectively to increase brand and product awareness and sales.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in dental device sales, ideally within digital workflows (scanners, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, or similar).
- Ideally experience with sales of Intraoral Scanners
- Strong network of dentists and practice-level decision makers.
- Commercially astute, self-motivated, and results driven.
- Confident in demonstrations, installations, and consultative sales conversations.
- Able to manage a large territory and travel extensively.
- Go-getter with the drive to build and scale a growing business area.
- Desirable for candidate to have a technical digital dental background
